Summer is almost here...

Mood: ALT + 058 + ALT + 041 (Getting tired of typing ascii moods everytime. this was a creative yet baaaddd idea. hahaha)

Yup, summer is almost here. I noticed that when I felt the really hot days lately. As in scorching when hit by direct sunlight. So I guess the best way to beat the summer's imminent blessing of skin cancer for us is to use lots of sun block. I never really got used to using sunblock. But I do try once in a while. If i dont want to use any, I just moisturize my face every now and then with water-based moisturizer. And for that, Celeteque gets my thumbs up. I wanted to use the Clinique Superdefense Tripleaction Moisturizer to complement the Clinique Facial Cleansing bar i'm using. But it's just so darn expensive. Haayyy... Anyway, I've been using this lip misturizer that has SPF 40 and is surprisingly affordable despite the fact that it comes from Hawaiian Tropic. It's vanilla-mint flavor, and i think costs 100 bucks. cant remember for sure. it's been with me for 8 months na yata. and hasn't depleted yet. I wonder if it's more expensive na. Now i'm looking for a good sun block that won't burn a hole through my pocket. The problem aside from cost is that the higher the SPF you need, the greasier it gets. I'm not really sure if that's true with non-local brands coz they're darn expensive for me (especially dermatologica and clinique).

anyway, enough muna of that. back to real life... I'm excited for summer 'coz I always enjoy seeing the seasonally planted sunflowers along the entire stretch of university avenue in UP. It's really pretty. Makes me really say that UP is darn nice! Also, I promised myself to go back to gym over the summer. Planning to enroll at Moro Lorenzo since it's near my place and is affordable (1350 compared to Fitness First). I wanted sana to try the Loyola Spinning Studio, but I sadly found out that it's quite expensive. 300 buckeroos for each spin. or pay 3000 buckeroos for unlimited spins per month.

My friends and I are planning to go to Sagada over the summer. I hope we could really fix the plan so that it will push through. I think I want to go to bohol also. Hmmm... I wonder if i'll be able to cough up all the cash i need for my trips.

Oh, and btw, today is the birthday of my niece TJ (Therese Joanne). I'll be attending her first birthday at Pixie forest in Alabang. Boy are the kids nowadays having nice parties. Which also means that they also need nice gifts. Waaahhh... It's kinda making me broke. But heck, it's my niece naman and I love both my nieces (TJ and Kitkat). The annoying thing is I forgot to bring home to Laguna yesterday the gift from Katipunan. And I bought that last wednesday pa so that I didnt have to worry sana. Haayyy... forgetful me. anyway, i better prepare na for the party. Good morning guys.




Thought Chain: I have a class presentation today. So after the party in alabang, I have to rush back to UP and take part in the play, then head home after that again to Laguna in time for my game with my brother for badminton. FYI: I haven't slept yet!
